Shipping
- FREE delivery
We offer free delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $99 NZD. For orders under this amount, postage is just $7.
We dispatch Sunday-Friday, closed on public holidays and anniversary dates.
NZ delivery times
We aim to dispatch all NZ orders before 1pm Mon-Fri on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are expected to be dispatched the following working day. As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched we will email you with your parcel’s tracking number to track with NZ Post. We’ll keep you updated about the status of your parcel so you know when it’s with NZ Post and when it’s out for delivery. Thanks for your patience while our team process and pack orders in a safe way.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS&CANCELLATIONS POLICY
If you wish to return or cancel an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you an exchange or refund provided except 'HEALTH SUPPLEMENTS' that:
- You should be able to provide your original enzomall receipt or order confirmation, online invoice, or other proof of purchase when you return the item.
- You return the item within 7 days of purchase
- The item must not have been used or damaged in any way
- The item is out of stock and doesn't know ETA
enzomall will not accept the return of items the Vitamin Supplements (Health Supplements) under the change of mind returns or cancellations policy, except in case of OUT OF STOCK and it has not been dispatched.
