How to order

 ■ 상품주문방법
    위드바이오에서 상품을 주문하는 방법은 크게 6단계입니다.

 ■ 안전한 대금 결제 시스템
    엔조몰은 무통장입금과 페이팔의 두 가지 결제방법을 제공하여 드립니다.
    무통장입금 가능 은행 :  뉴질랜드 ASB 은행
    무통장입금 시의 송금자 이름은 주문시 입력하신 주문자의 실명이어야 합니다.

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Fixed Shipping Rate : Regardless of your order amount, NZD 0will be charged for shipping.
  • Delivery Time : 3 - 7 days
  • FREE delivery
    We offer free delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $59 NZD. For orders under this amount, postage is just $6.90.

    We offer free Parcel Post delivery to Australia on all orders over $79 NZD. For orders under this amout, postage is just $6.90 NZD, with a targeted delivery of 4-10 days.

     We dispatch Sunday-Friday, closed on public holidays and anniversary dates.

    NZ delivery times
    We aim to dispatch all NZ orders before 1pm Mon-Fri on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are expected to be dispatched the following working day. As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched we will email you with your parcel’s tracking number to track with NZ Post. We’ll keep you updated about the status of your parcel so you know when it’s with NZ Post and when it’s out for delivery. Thanks for your patience while our team process and pack orders in a safe way.

    NZ rural delivery times
    For rural addresses in NZ, please allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@enzomall.co.nz. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at support@enzomall.co.nz.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
